Hi fellow divers, I'm Rowena, I will never get tired of exploring all of the Philippine islands both freediving and scuba diving. don't know where else my love for diving will take me.
I couldn't imagine how I was afraid of the open sea just a few years ago, but now I can't stop diving. This lifestyle has helped me tremendously in regulating the stresses of work, and how diving seems to be my way of meditation which gives me sparks of inspiration and ideas.

Diving makes me learn more about the biology of the sea and its inhabitants, how to take care of it, how to preserve it today and for the next generation. Diving has opened my eyes into seeing the amazing beauty of the underwater marine life here in the Philippines. Be it coral reefs and shipwrecks, you name it, I am always in awe.

I'm so grateful to have inspired many of my colleagues, friends and family to try
and learn how safe it is, and learning new skills gives you confidence, and grows as a person. Freediving and Scuba Diving are both enjoyable activities I love to do, and they
are totally different in their own unique ways. But the most important thing I love with Diving, is meeting warm people of all nationalities who share the same love for the ocean, who share the same passion, who I share laughs with, and delicious food, who I made friends with, people who felt like family already.
I will never get tired, but more so, diving gives me energy, joy and purpose that are much more valuable than anything in the world. If I have dived with you, and maybe in the future, how awesome to have shared a wonderful underwater moment with you,
